They may be small but they’ll give you really big power for their size, as well as the convenience of forward – neutral – reverse gearing. Mariner 9.9-15hp 4 strokes
As with all the Mariner 4 stroke family, these engines are as durable as ever, reliable as ever and more economical than ever before.
You’ll be impressed by the throttle response, the acceleration and the lively top speed. The ride is smooth and vibration free. This is trouble free power for your boating pleasure.
Both the 9.9 and the 15 are available as a bigfoot option. These are equipped with heavy duty oversized gear cases with low gear ratio to deliver more thrust and manoeuvrability. This high thrust advantage makes them ideal for river craft where top end speed is not a concern, or for pushing non-planning boats those with less efficient hull designs or for boats carrying heavier loads.

2 Strokes
Just because the range of 4 Strokes has grown rapidly over the past few years, it doesn’t mean to say that there isn’t a place on board for 2 stroke.
At the very smallest end of the range are the 2.5, 3.3, 3.4 and 5hp 2 strokes. All come as standard with an integral fuel tank giving optimum ease of use without having to worry over a separate tank. Their lightness is a joy with the 3.3hp weighing a mere 14kg.
The 3.3hp unusually benefits from the advantages of both a forward and a neutral gear, allowing the engine to be started before you push off from the bank. This makes this the ideal engine for children and young people to be given their first lessons on the water. It is made even safer by the use of a kill cord which will automatically stop the engine should the wearer inadvertently go into the water.
